Pump Web Platform

The web version of the Pump app allows users to discover, book, and pay for health and wellness services with qualified professionals, all in one place, without needing to install the app. The web experience is currently focused on users only, while professionals still need to use the app to manage their services, personal page, and other settings. The platform is live, and users can access it by simply visiting https://pump.com.br/ and searching for services.

Pump Web Platform

My contribution

Unlike the Pump mobile app, the web platform was a project where I was responsible not only for the design, but also for the development. This made the project especially meaningful to me, as it allowed me to be involved in every layer of the product, from interface decisions to technical implementation.

I built the platform using C# with .NET, along with Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Scriban, and HTMX. Many of these tools I learned while building the product itself, exploring solutions as challenges came up. Throughout this process, AI played an important role in helping me discover new approaches, improve my code, and optimize flows. Being able to design and build the platform at the same time gave me a deeper understanding of the product and a stronger sense of ownership over the final result.

Biggest challenges

Honestly, the biggest challenge here was learning many new things while building the product at the same time. Working on development together with design meant pushing myself, trying new tools, and figuring things out as problems came up.

It wasn’t always easy, but that was part of the process. Learning by doing, making mistakes, fixing them, and improving along the way helped me grow a lot and feel much more connected to the product I was building.
