My contribution

In this project, I worked as the UX Designer, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. I worked alongside a game designer, a UI designer, and a project lead with deep knowledge of the product, as well as other professionals such as illustrators and sound designers. My role focused on shaping the user experience, aligning gameplay, learning goals, and usability to create an engaging and intuitive experience for children.

Parents Area

In addition to the main experience for children, the project also included a dedicated parents area. This section was designed to allow parents to manage their children’s profiles and follow their learning progress over time, giving them more visibility and control over how the app was being used.

Biggest challenges

Well… designing for kids is a challenge. One of the main difficulties was creating an experience that was both educational and fun at the same time. To achieve this balance, we talked with parents and teachers to better understand children’s behavior and how to make the experience engaging, clear, and effective for learning.
